Hydro Kinetic Marketing Sdn. Bhd. has supplied water pumps, filters, pool equipment and high-pressure cleaning systems across Malaysia since 2016, as an authorised distributor for Grundfos, Tsunami and Pentair. The catalogue serves two very different buyers from the same pages — a homeowner with weak water pressure, and a commercial or light-industrial operator specifying equipment — and most arrive describing a problem rather than a product.
The specific services delivered across the Hydro Kinetic site:
I structured the site around the problem rather than the catalogue: water pump, water filter, high-pressure cleaner and swimming pool equipment each get their own route, with installation, repair and parts supply carried alongside as services rather than buried. A three-step path — site survey, budget estimate, project development — gives commercial enquiries somewhere to land, and the search-facing copy targets how Malaysian buyers actually phrase the search.
The primary challenge was one site doing two jobs at once: a browsable range for domestic buyers and a credible engineering pitch for commercial specification. Distributor brand credibility had to be visible without the site reading as a brochure for someone else’s products, and the before-and-after project work had to carry weight for buyers who cannot judge a pump on a spec sheet.

What the site delivers for Hydro Kinetic across domestic and commercial buyers:
Nobody wakes up wanting to buy a pump. They wake up with weak water pressure. The whole structure works backwards from that — start with the problem someone actually has, and let the catalogue meet them there.
