This Privacy Policy explains how iRevamps (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit www.irevamps.com or engage us for web design and related services.

Information you give us
We collect personal data that you submit voluntarily through the forms on our website:
- Enquiry and contact forms — your name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry you select, and the content of your message.
- Website analysis request — the email address you enter in the form on our home page.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Comments — if you leave a comment on an article, we collect the details shown in the comment form together with your IP address and browser user agent string, which help us detect spam.
When you submit a form, our system also records your IP address, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of submission. We use this to help identify and block automated or fraudulent submissions.

Like most websites, we collect limited technical information automatically when you browse: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and how long you spend on them. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries — retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can refer back to previous conversations.
- Client records — retained for the duration of our engagement and for 7 years afterwards, to meet accounting and tax requirements.
- Newsletter subscriptions — retained until you unsubscribe.
- Comments — retained indefinitely so that follow-up replies remain in context.
- Analytics data — retained according to Google’s data retention settings.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Withdraw your consent to our processing of your data.
- Limit how we process your data, including for marketing purposes.
- Request that we delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain it.

How we protect your data
Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiry data and client records is limited to team members who need it. We keep our software and hosting environment up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
