CIMed Healthcare is a joint-preservation specialist distributing medical devices across Malaysia. One company, but three distinct audiences: patients researching knee osteoarthritis, orthopaedic surgeons evaluating clinical products, and patients enrolled in the post-injection CC4U care programme. A single website could not serve all three — medical-device promotion rules mean clinical product content cannot sit on a public-facing patient site.
The specific services delivered across the CIMed Healthcare ecosystem:
We built a three-property ecosystem on a shared brand system: a public corporate and patient-education site, a gated healthcare-professional portal, and a trilingual campaign landing page with lead capture. Consistent identity across all three, with content access, tone and compliance handled separately per audience.
The primary challenge was separating clinical product information from patient-facing content to meet medical-device advertising requirements, without fragmenting the brand. Each property needed its own navigation logic, access model and language support while still reading as one company.

What the ecosystem delivers for CIMed Healthcare across its three audiences:
Three audiences, three sets of compliance rules, one brand. The win wasn't building three sites — it was making them read as one company while keeping clinical content where it legally belongs.
