Nirvana Malaysia Group is a bereavement care specialist representing Nirvana (富贵) memorial parks across the Klang Valley. Two things make the brief unusual: almost every visitor arrives in distress, often at night, and the audience is split across English and Chinese — frequently within the same family. A conventional brochure site fails both — it buries the one thing an urgent visitor needs, and forces a language choice on people in no state to make one.
The specific services delivered across the Nirvana Malaysia Group site:
We built a bilingual-by-default site where every label, service and price appears in English and 中文 together, so no one has to choose a language first. Structure follows intent rather than the org chart — a 24-hour emergency route to WhatsApp from any screen, published package pricing, and the four memorial parks surfaced as their own entry points.
The primary challenge was serving urgent and pre-planning visitors from the same pages without either feeling neglected. Funeral pricing is sensitive to publish, and the service tree — one-stop funeral, columbarium, burial plot, NV Seed and pet memorial — had to stay navigable in two languages without splitting into a separate site per language.

What the site delivers for families reaching Nirvana Malaysia Group, in either language:
Most people arrive here on the worst night of their life, and half of them are reading in a different language to the other half. Everything we built answers one question first: who do I call, right now — in whichever language you happen to be reading.
