What a website costs in Malaysia, and what moves the price
These are the typical ranges for our work, in ringgit, before anyone has looked at your site. We quote against a written scope rather than a package, so your figure lands somewhere in the range depending on the drivers further down this page. The review that produces the quote is free.

Why two quotes for the same site can differ
Page count is the number clients volunteer, and it is nearly the wrong one. These four things decide where your project lands in the range.
Layouts, not pages
A forty-page site on five layouts costs less than a twelve-page site where every page differs, because design, build and testing happen per layout.
Who writes the content
Final copy and real photographs make the build short. Copy that still has to be researched and written is separate work inside the same project.
Whether the addresses change
Keeping your URLs is the biggest saving a revamp holds over a rebuild. Changing them means mapping, redirecting and testing every old address.
What has to connect
Payment gateways, booking systems, a second language or a CRM. Each adds design, build and testing to every page it touches.
Not included in any range: domain and hosting (billed at cost or kept in your own account), paid plugin and theme licences, ad spend, and professional photography. Website revamp cost in 2026 goes through each driver in detail.
Four ways to fit a fixed budget
Say the figure first. A scope can be designed to a budget in ways a finished design cannot be discounted into one.
Revamp in stages
Fix the enquiry path and the two pages that bring in work first, and the rest later. Revamping in stages explains when that works.
Supply your own copy
If you can write the service pages, or already have them, the content stage shrinks and so does the quote.
Keep your addresses
Staying on the same URLs removes the redirect map and most of the ranking risk.
Defer integrations
Add the booking system or second language once the revamped site is paying for itself.
Pricing questions
Why do you show ranges instead of fixed packages?
Because a package price without a scope gets quoted back as a promise. Two sites with the same page count can be very different jobs; the range tells you the magnitude, and the review tells you where your site sits in it.
Is the review and quote free?
Yes. We look at your current site, ask what it needs to do, and send a written scope with a figure. There is no charge and no obligation.
Are hosting and the domain included?
No. They stay in your own accounts so you keep control of them, and they are billed by the provider at cost. We can set them up for you.
Is ad spend included in the Google Ads fee?
No. The monthly fee covers managing the campaigns; the budget for the ads themselves is paid to Google directly, so you always see exactly what was spent.
Can we use the MSME Digital Grant MADANI?
Its last round closed on 5 September 2025, and website development is not one of its nine listed categories. Check bsn.com.my for any new round before planning around it.
How long does a project take?
A small business revamp usually takes four to eight weeks; a 15 to 30 page site where every service page is rewritten takes eight to twelve. Content and approvals set the pace more than the build does.
